Where are you located?

We've gotten this question a few times. We are located in mid-Michigan near Lansing. Because we do advertise furniture this is something we cannot currently ship. We do offer delivery services up to 120 miles for a nominal fee

Why don't you accept exchanges?

Because of the nature of our business most of our inventory is "unique" meaning we do not mass produce. Our inventory comes from storage units and most of the time there are not duplicates to exchange. If you are unhappy with the item we will gladly refund your purchase

What are your delivery charges?

For items to heavy or to large to ship we offer delivery up to 120 miles from our locations (Dimondale, Michigan & Bellevue, Michigan). The delivery fee is mileage based and we give you the first 20 miles, after that is it is .55/mile to your location. We do not charge for our return trip.

When do you ship items I purchase?

We strive to ship items either the same day or the next day. If you purchase an item on the weekend it will typically ship that Monday barring a holiday or natural disaster. Items that require special packaging may take up to 3 days to ship however that will be the longest anything sits once it is sold

Will you negotiate a price?

The short answer is yes, though we do try to price our inventory fairly. We look all our items up and use several sources including WorthPoint and others to determine the price of an item we sell. You will see adjustments from time to time because we have found more information. Our prices are typically 10%-15% below what the current market is. If you want to negotiate a price please send a message on the item of interest and let us know what you'd be willing to pay and we will consider. Additionally we do run sales from time to time on our items giving a 20-50 percent discount.

Do you accept Cancellations?

Yes we accept cancellations. Because our policy is to ship the same day or next day please consider this. If we've shipped the item out to you it will be your financial responsibility to pay for shipping back to us

What if the item is damaged in shipping?

Our goal is to ship correctly and package your item(s) with as much protection as possible. We do understand shipping issues happen, if your item arrives (or appears to have been) damaged please immediately take pictures of the packaging before opening and then if the contents are broken or damaged take pictures of this as well.

Contact us as soon as you can by email and include all pictures associated with the damage. Please do not throw anything away until we determine if we need to file a claim for damages. Regardless of fault we will reimburse your full cost if the item(s) are damaged in shipping.

What is your return policy?

If you receive an item and are not fully satisfied with it we will accept it back. The shipping back must be paid by you and we will issue a full refund of the purchase price less shipping and any taxes paid as these are pass through cost and we receive no profit from these costs.

Upon receipt and inspection of the retuned product we will issue a refund within 2 business days. If we determine the item was broken (not due to shipping) we will contact you and send pictures of the item. In this case no refund will be issued.
